Karen graduated in Architecture and Urbanism (UFPE) and accomplished a License in Visual Arts (Sorbonne Paris 8) before developing her career in set design and production design. Living in Rio de Janeiro, she contributed during several years with a multiple cast of production designers in feature films (30) as well as in advertising films. In 2011, she performed her first feature as a production designer , and continues her course in the film industry and on TV shows. Among her works, outlines the movies, “Serial Kelly” (dir. Rene Guerra), “O Barulho da Noite” (dir. Eva Pereira) and “Carro Rei” (dir. Renata Pinheiro), and the Tv series, “Me chama de Bruna” 2T (Octavio Scopellite e Pedro Amorim) and “Chão de Estrelas” (dir. Hilton Lacerda).
