Carrô Schamall

Nicknamed Carrô, she is a production designer and set decorator. Graduated in Arts and Contemporary Interior Design at IED (European Design Institute). Carrô started as a set decorator in 2003 working for the production designer Cassio Amarante in feature films like “The Best Things in The World” by Laís Bodanzky, “Devil’s Reincarnation” by Coffin Joe, “Sound and Fury” by Fernando Meirelles, among others.

As a production designer, she worked for Hector Babenco at his last movie “My Hindu Friend”, and was nominated by the Brazilian Films Academy for Best Art Direction.

She also made music videos for Criolo MC such as “Midnight Costumer”, Ludmilla’s “Hit the Bass”, and publicity advertising in fashion campaigns, her passion.
