Daniela Cortez is an production designer & art director and has been working in the audiovisual industry since 2006. With a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, for 3 years, she directed and produced video performances. In 2009, she began working on short films and moved on to music videos, advertising, and fiction. With over a decade of experience in advertising, collaborated with clients such as Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Colgate, L’Occitane, among others. In fiction, her projects include the series “Põe na Conta”, on Globoplay; the feature “Nas Mãos de Quem Me Leva” (By Those Hands…), released in 2021. In 2020, Daniela made her debut as a film director with the short film “Um Conselho…” (An Advice…); and in 2023 she is signing her second debut as a director with the short “Finito”.
